Gustul evolueaza de la mure la cirese negre bine coapte, urmate de final lung in care se contopesc izuri de tabac, carea si scortisoara. Servit la temperatura de 18° C este o alegere ideala alaturi de mancare condimentata, carne de vita, miel, branzeturi maturate, deserturi cu ciocolata, nuci si alune.The wine has unique character of dry plums, black currants and cinnamon, silky on the palate and well balanced by the round tannins and vanilla hints coming from ageing in oak barrels. To be served along with lamb, pork, veal, beef dishes or even fried chicken, at 16-18° C.
