Se recomanda a fi servit cu mancaruri pe baza de carne de miel, porc, vitel, vita, chiar si pui prajit, la temperatura de 16-18° C.The wine has unique character of dry plums, black currants and cinnamon, silky on the palate and well balanced by the round tannins and vanilla hints coming from ageing in oak barrels. To be served along with lamb, pork, veal, beef dishes or even fried chicken, at 16 -18°C.
